  • Whole milk (same measure as condensed milk)1 can(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Beat the eggs very well in the blender, then add the milk and condensed milk and beat again.
  2. While whisking, make the syrup. Melt the sugar in a pan or in the pudding mold itself, when it is completely melted, add the water and let it thicken, if you have not already made the syrup in the pudding mold, add it to a mold, then add the pudding liquid.
  3. Bake in a bain-marie in the oven at 200 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. After roasting, let it cool, put it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours and unmold.
