Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
Sugar4 tablespoon
Water1 cup

PUDDING Place the condensed milk, egg, vanilla essence and milk in a blender and blend on high power.
SYRUP In a container (I use aluminum pudding mold) place the sugar and let it melt, as soon as it melts add the water and wait a little.
Then add the pudding from the blender in the form and take it in a water bath on the fire until it gets firm. Put it to freeze and unmold!
