- Milk can (same measure as condensed milk can)1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Beat the eggs well in the blender
- Add condensed milk and milk and beat again.
- Melt the sugar until it turns golden, add water and let it thicken.
- Put the syrup in a round shape and pour the pudding dough on top
- Bake in a bain-marie for 45 minutes or until cooked.
- Prick a fork to see if it's done well.
- Let cool and unmold
