Condensed milk pudding 🍮

Derreta o açúcar até ficar moreno, acrescente a água e deixe engrossar.
Reserve a calda e deiche esfriar. 

Melt the sugar until it turns brown, add the water and let it thicken.
Reserve the syrup and let it cool.

Bater todos os ingredientes do pudim no liquidificador, primeiro bater bem os ovos para não ficar com gosto de ovo, depois acrescente o restante dos ingredientes e deiche bater bem.

Beat all the pudding ingredients in the blender, first beat the eggs well so it doesn't taste like eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients and let it beat well.

Asse em forno médio por 45 minutos com a forma do pudim dentro de uma forma maior com água. Tampe a forma de pudim com papel aluminio.
Depois disso, espete um garfo para ver se esta bem assado.

Deixe esfriar totalmente e desenforme.

Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes with the pudding shape inside a larger shape with water. Cover the pudding mold with aluminum foil.
After that, poke a fork to see if it is well done.

Let cool completely and unmold.
