- Water1/2 cup
- Condemning Milk1 unit(s)
- Whole milk350 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Melt the sugar in a pan and add the water. Stir until it forms a syrup
- Beat the milk, eggs and condensed milk in a blender.
- Pour the syrup into a 25cm shape with a hole in the middle
- Pour the mixture from the blender through a sieve to remove air bubbles and keep the pudding smooth.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Freeze for approximately 2 hours
- Unmold onto a black and serve
