- Grated Coconut1 to taste
- Sugar to caramelize the mold1 cup
- Caramelize the mold and set aside
- Blend all ingredients in a blender except the grated coconut.
- Finally, add the grated coconut to taste.
- Bake the pudding in a bain-marie for approximately 30 minutes, at 230° covered with cling film to bake faster. Remember the time may vary depending on your oven.
- When it is firm and because it is already Roasted.
- Let cool. In the fridge for 1 hour before disinforming.
