Sugar200 g

Beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs in the blender. After hitting, book.
In a pan melt the sugar and add a cup of water until all the sugar crystals melt. Let it boil until it thickens.
Pour the syrup into a mold, and rotate the mold so that all the sides are covered by the syrup.
Place the pudding in the mold and cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven at 180°C in a bain-marie for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes remove from the oven, let it cool and then put it in the fridge for 1 hour
Once ready, unmold and serve. 😋👨🏾‍🍳❤️
