- Sugar200 g
- Beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs in the blender. After hitting, book.
- In a pan melt the sugar and add a cup of water until all the sugar crystals melt. Let it boil until it thickens.
- Pour the syrup into a mold, and rotate the mold so that all the sides are covered by the syrup.
- Place the pudding in the mold and cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven at 180°C in a bain-marie for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes remove from the oven, let it cool and then put it in the fridge for 1 hour
- Once ready, unmold and serve. 😋👨🏾🍳❤️
