Para a calda: derreta o açúcar com cuidado para nao queimar, em seguida coloque a água e deixe ferver até ficar na textura de melado. Passe a calda em toda a forma do pudim e reserve.

For the syrup: melt the sugar carefully so it doesn't burn, then add the water and let it boil until it has a molasses texture. Spread the syrup all over the pudding mold and set aside.

No liquidificador bata o leite condensado, o ovo e o leite. 

In a blender, beat the condensed milk, egg and milk.

Preaqueça o forno a 180°c . Coloque tudo na forma e leve ao forno em banho maria por 2:00hs. A forma deve ser tampada com papel alumínio. 

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put everything in the shape and take it to the oven in a bain-marie for 2:00hs. The form must be covered with aluminum foil.

Depois de cozido. Leve a geladeira sem virar. Espere gelar completamente. Passe uma faca ao redor da forma ou leve na boca do fogão por uns segundos para o pudim soltar completamente. Coloque uma bandeja por cima da forma e vire rapidamente para que ele solte por completo e nao quebre. Agora é só se deliciar com essa maravilha dos deuses.

After cooking. Take the fridge without turning. Wait for it to freeze completely. Run a knife around the pan or put it on the stove for a few seconds to let the pudding completely release. Place a tray on top of the pan and turn it quickly so that it completely releases and doesn't break. Now just enjoy this wonder of the gods.
