Numa tijela bater as duas gemas bem, depois adicionar a margarina e mexer bastante, e depois colocar clara em neve e continuar mexendo . Quando estiver tudo bem homogêneo adicionar uma pitada de sal e o trigo peneirado aos poucos. Mexer a massa com as mãos e assim que soltar está no ponto .

Pegar uma forminha do tamanho que desejar e forrar o fundo e as laterais e colocar o leite condensado sem encher muito a forminha .

Colocar no forno em fogo baixo em torno de 30 minutos.
