- Wheat Flour (no yeast)3 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
- Condensed Milk2 unit(s)
- In a bowl, place the flour and butter, mix gently with your fingertips (until the butter disappears) then add the yolks and mix a little more. Leave the dough in the fridge to rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, open the dough in pie molds, shape, remove the excess dough that remains on the sides, and arrange the condensed milk over the dough. Place the molds on a tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Or until it's golden brown.
- Wait until it cools down to unmold (if you try to take out the hot patties, they can break).
