- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Add the liquid ingredients first, then the dry ingredients. Beat for 3 minutes. Place the dough in a greased and floured pudding mold. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes, or until golden brown. To see the point, pierce with a fork, the point is when the fork comes out dry. (do not open the oven before 20 minutes)
