  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the condensed milk in 1/2 cup of warm water and dissolve the yeast there. Add a sieve amount of flour, enough to give a liquid dough consistency, like a pancake, cover the dough and let it rest until it rises or forms bubbles.
  2. On the table or in a large bowl, make a mound with the leftover wheat flour, open a well and place the margarine, egg and salt. pour the liquid and fermented dough and gather the ingredients with your fingertips, work the dough well until it's firm and smooth. remove from the oven, let it cool, pass condensed milk with the aid of a brush and sprinkle grated coconut, and serve.
