- Whole milk300 ml
- Vanilla1 teaspoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Water50 ml
- Make the syrup with the sugar, when it is very smooth and golden (melted) add the water, stir until it dissolves completely. Reserve.
- Beat the condensed milk, whole milk, eggs and vanilla in a blender.
- Forre a mold with the syrup, and add the blender mixture on top.
- Place in preheated oven, covered with aluminum foil, bake at maximum temperature for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and let it cool down to the fridge. Place in the fridge until chilled, about 2 hours. It's ready to taste.
