- Add the egg whites to the mixer and beat well until firm, then add the sugar little by little, squeeze the lemon, add the coloring of the desired color, stir well and beat until it becomes snow white.
- Place the egg whites in a pastry bag fitted with a nozzle or use a spoon and place them on the baking sheet one by one.
- With the oven door open, bake for 10 minutes or more depending on the oven.
- After roasting, just let it cool and serve.
