Em uma tigela colocar 60 grs. de farinha de trigo, o fermento biológico seco e 80 ml de água e misturar bem e depois deixar descansar até aumentar o volume.

In a bowl put 60 grs. of wheat flour, the dry biological yeast and 80 ml of water and mix well and then let it rest until it increases in volume.

Na batedeira colocar o restante da farinha de trigo, as duas gemas, o açúcar, o sal, o restante da água, manteiga, essência de panetone, o cacau em pó e a mistura que estava em descanso. Bater bem.

In the mixer put the rest of the wheat flour, the two egg yolks, the sugar, the salt, the rest of the water, butter, panettone essence, the cocoa powder and the resting mixture. Hit well.

Depois colocar a massa em uma bancada e acrescentar o chocolate ao Leite picado e misturar em toda a massa. Colocar a massa em uma forma untada e deixar descansar até aumentar de volume.

Em uma tigela colocar, as claras, o açúcar de confeiteiro e a farinha de amêndoas. Misturar bem e colocar em cima do pão e levar para assar. Por 25 minutos ou até dourar.

Place the egg whites, icing sugar and almond flour in a bowl. Mix well and place on top of bread and bake. For 25 minutes or until golden.
