Sour cream

Misture o creme de leite, o leite condensado e o leite em pó.

Mix the cream, condensed milk and powdered milk.

Transfira para um outro local ( bol, refratário, pote,etc)para esfriar até a temperatura ambiente.

Transfer to another place (bol, refractory, pot, etc) to cool to room temperature.

Bata o chantilly na batedeira até ficar firme

Whip the whipped cream in a stand mixer until stiff.

Misture delicadamente o chantilly com a massa fria e acrescente o chocolate.

Gently mix the whipped cream with the cold dough and add the chocolate.

Transfira para um refratário, e leve a geladeira ( por 4 horas)ou freezer ( 1 hora- no freezer vai ficar tipo um sorvete)

Transfer to a refractory, and take it to the fridge (for 4 hours) or freezer (1 hour - in the freezer it will be like an ice cream)
