- Wheat flour2 cup

- brewed coffee*1 cup
- Vegetable oil1/4 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon

- Warm water1/4 cup
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well, except for the yeast, until you get a very homogeneous mass. Add the yeast and gently incorporate. Light to bake in greased shape (or silicone) in preheated oven (230°) for 30 minutes.
- * pass the coffee with 1 cup of water and 1 and 1/2 spoon of coffee powder. Let it cool before using it on the cake, if it's too hot it kills the yeast and your cake won't work.
- Roof: Put all the ingredients (soluble coffee, sugar and warm water) in a bowl and beat with a fouet until your arm falls off. It has to be beating well until it turns into a consistent cream (it has the texture of milk cream in a box). Cover the cake with the frosting and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top if desired!
- Important: this frosting tastes a lot like unsweetened coffee! If you like it sweeter, taste it after you finish beating and add the desired amount of sugar.
