- Oil3/4 cup
- Chocolate powder1/4 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Hot water300 ml
- Soluble coffee6 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Butter for greasing to taste
- Mix eggs, oil, cocoa powder and sugar and blend in a blender until smooth.
- Dissolve instant coffee in hot water, pour into blender and blend for another 5 minutes.
- Pour the blender mixture into a bowl, add the flour and yeast passed through a sieve. Mix well and place the dough on a baking sheet greased with butter and chocolate powder.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
- If you want to make your recipe gluten-free and sugar-free: Replace wheat flour with rice flour Replace sugar with xylitol use the same amounts
