Coconut Yogurt Cake

Numa tigela comecei misturando os ovos e o açúcar, acrescentei o óleo,a farinha, iogurte, metade do coco ralado e as raspas de limão.

In a bowl I started mixing the eggs and sugar, I added the oil, flour, yogurt, half of the grated coconut and the lemon zest.

Untei uma forma com óleo e despejei toda a massa, levei ao forno pré-aquecido por 40 minutos.

I greased a shape with oil and poured all the dough, took it to the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Retirei do forno e esperei esfriar, desenformei e decorei com raspas de limão e coco ralado.

I removed it from the oven and waited to cool down, unmolded it and decorated it with lemon zest and grated coconut.
