- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- In the blender, beat all the ingredients well, reserve the egg whites.
- Place in a glass refractory that can go in the oven, and take the mixture to the preheated oven at 180° for approximately 15 minutes.
- While the mixture is in the oven, beat the egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- After 25 minutes, remove the mold and gently spread the cream of the whites over the recipe and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden.
