  • Margarine250 g
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Corn starch500 g
  • grated coconut1 cup
  1. In a bowl, place 250g of margarine, two large egg yolks and a cup of sugar. Mix until you get a smooth cream.
  2. Add 500g of corn starch little by little and knead with your fingertips until smooth. Add a cup of grated coconut tea and mix well
  3. Make strings, eat the dough and cut them into pieces. Press the surface of each one with a fork. Place in a greased roast, leaving space between them, take it to the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
