Coconut Pudding with Dulce de Leche

- condensed milk1 can(s)
- milk (use empty condensed milk can to measure)1 can(s)
- eggs4 unit(s)
- coconut flakes50 g
- dulce de leche cut into cubes1/2 teaspoon
- 📍Syrup;0 l
- sugar1 teaspoon
- water1/3 teaspoon
- 📍For the syrup: In a pan, dissolve the sugar in the water and pour it into a pan.
- Cook over low heat, without stirring, for 15 minutes or until golden caramel.
- Pour into a 22cm diameter hole in the middle and turn carefully to grease. Reserve.
- Beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs in a blender.
- Add the coconut and mix with a spoon.
- Pour in the mold and take it to the medium oven, preheated, in a bain-marie for 15 minutes.
- Remove and place the dulce de leche over the dough and return to the oven for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Let cool and refrigerate for 4 hours. Unmold and serve.
- If necessary, take it to the stovetop quickly to melt the syrup and release.
