- Fresh grated coconut1 cup

- Milk1 cup
- Sugar (for the syrup)1 cup
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender, except the grated coconut.
- After beating the mixture, add the grated coconut and just mix, without beating. Reserve some for topping.
- Melt the sugar in the form of a hole, over low heat until it melts and forms a very light caramel.
- Pour the blender mixture into this shape and bake (on average 1 hour, high oven). Unmold after cooling.
