Para a calda:

Cozinhar as 3 xícaras de açúcar e o côco em uma frigideira no fogo médio. Mexer  até o açúcar derreter e o côco dourar. Acrescentar um pouco de
Água se necessário. Quando estiver pronto, coloque na forma e reserve.

For the syrup:

Cook the 3 cups of sugar and the coconut in a skillet over medium heat. Stir until the sugar melts and the coconut is golden. add some
Water if needed. When it's ready, put it in the mold and set it aside.

Para o pudim:

Enquanto faz a calda, bater bem no liquidificador o leite condensado, o leite de côco, o leite de vaca e os ovos.

Obs: a medida do leite equivale a 1 das lata de leite condensado.

For the pudding:

While making the syrup, beat the condensed milk, coconut milk, cow's milk and eggs in a blender.

Note: the measure of milk is equivalent to 1 can of condensed milk.

Na forma já com a calda, acrescente a massa do pudim e tampe com papel alumínio. Faça furos no papel laminado.

In the mold with the syrup, add the pudding dough and cover with aluminum foil. Punch holes in the foil.

Pré aqueça o forno e asse o pudim por 45 min a 1 hora a 220 graus.

O pudim estará pronto qdo estiver douradinho e firme.

Pre heat the oven and bake the pudding for 45 min to 1 hour at 220 degrees.

The pudding is ready when it is golden and firm.

Quando esfriar, colocar na geladeira. Desenformar no dia seguinte.
