- Fresh coconut chopped into small cubes1/2 cup
- Shredded coconut for garnish30 g
- Cut the gelatine leaves and place in a container with water to hydrate for 4 minutes.
- Remove excess water from hydrated gelatin and place in a container and microwave for 30 seconds to melt
- Put the coconut water in the blender, add the gelatin and beat for a few seconds.
- Distribute in molds and add the coconut in cubes
- Take it to freeze until it hardens, remove and put the grated coconut to taste
