  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Whey cream1 can(s)
  • Milk (use the can of condensed milk)1 can(s)
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Dry grated coconut200 g
  • Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Cold water5 tablespoon
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, except for the unflavored gelatin.
  2. Reserve 100g grated coconut for sprinkling
  3. Add 5 tablespoons of cold water to the gelatin and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
  4. Then, heat it in a water bath until dissolved.
  5. Immediately add the mixture to the blender, beating until completely blended.
  6. Pour into a plastic mold soaked in cold water and put in the fridge for 1 hour and a half, or until it takes on a gelatin-like consistency.
  7. Unmold and serve chilled.
  8. Sprinkle dry grated coconut
