Coconut mouse with apricot jam

  • milk1 l
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut500 g
  • Cornstarch4 tablespoon
  • Condemned milk1 unit(s)
  • Apricot Jam500 g
  • Dried Apricots to taste
  1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, add the milk and cornstarch and stir until dissolved.
  2. After the cornstarch is completely dissolved without lumps, bring it to medium heat.
  3. Add condensed milk and grated coconut (reserve a little to decorate) and stir non-stop until the cream thickens
  4. As soon as the cream thickens and starts to bubble, turn off the heat.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Pour half of the cream into a dish of your choice.
  7. Pour the apricot jam and spread over the cream
  8. Cover with the rest of the cream and decorate with the apricots and the coconut that was reserved.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve
