- Sugar1 cup
- Sugar for syrup8 tablespoon
- Water50 ml
- Melt the sugar in the syrup, add the water, and let it thicken. Caramelize a pudding mold and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, coconut milk, sugar and water.
- Pour the contents into the form, cover with aluminum foil and take it to the air fryer at 200° for 1 hour. After taking it to the fridge for 3 hours, the longer in the fridge the better it will be.
