- Mix the milk with the starch and stir until dissolved, then add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, stir well until it becomes a thick and smooth cream. Place in the form of preference and take the fridge for approximately 40 minutes until hardened.
- For the jam, take the strawberry and sugar over low heat and let it reduce well, when it has reduced well, turn off the heat. Be careful not to make the jelly too thin.
