  • Whole milk500 ml
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch6 tablespoon
  • Shredded Coconut to taste
  • Plum in syrup to taste
  • 200 ml plastic jars4 unit(s)
  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk.
  2. In the pan put the milk, sugar, grated coconut and the dissolved cornstarch.
  3. Mix everything and lead to the fire always stirring until it thickens.
  4. Then turn down the heat and let it cook and stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
  5. When it acquires the consistency of a thick cream, turn off the heat.
  6. Put it in the pots and take the fridge for 4 hours.
  7. Cover with prunes in syrups.
