- Whole milk500 ml
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Cornstarch6 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut to taste
- Plum in syrup to taste
- 200 ml plastic jars4 unit(s)
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk.
- In the pan put the milk, sugar, grated coconut and the dissolved cornstarch.
- Mix everything and lead to the fire always stirring until it thickens.
- Then turn down the heat and let it cook and stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When it acquires the consistency of a thick cream, turn off the heat.
- Put it in the pots and take the fridge for 4 hours.
- Cover with prunes in syrups.
