  • Plain yogurt200 ml
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Oil100 ml
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • condensed milk390 g
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Whole milk2 cup
  • Shredded Coconut400 g
  1. Hit the blender, eggs, yogurt, oil, wheat flour and sugar.
  2. Remove from the blender and mix the baking powder with the aid of a whisk.
  3. Place in a greased and floured rectangular baking dish.
  4. Take to bake in preheated oven at medium temperature until golden.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool and cut into squares.
  6. To make the syrup, add condensed milk, coconut milk and whole milk.
  7. Dip the pieces of cake in the syrup and coat in the grated coconut.
  8. Wrap in aluminum foil and let cool. Serve immediately.
