- Fresh grated coconut1 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Milk200 ml
- Before preparing, leave the cream, condensed milk, coconut milk and milk well chilled for about 1 hour in the fridge.
- In a blender, beat the cream and coconut milk until it forms a thick cream.
- Then add the condensed milk, milk and grated coconut, beat some more.
- Place in a container and place in the freezer until firm.
