- Milk2 cup
- coconut milk400 ml
- sugar2 cup
- water1 cup
- chopped plum200 g
- FOOD 1 Moisten a central hole shape (22 cm in diameter). Reserve. 2 In a medium saucepan, dissolve the MAIZENA® cornstarch in the milk. 3 Add the coconut milk and 1 cup (tea) of sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. 4 Put in the reserved form and let it cool. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until firm.
- SYRUP 1 In a small saucepan, place the remaining sugar, water and plums. 2 Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until a slightly thick syrup is obtained. Let cool and refrigerate for 3 hours. 3 Unmold the manjar on a plate, drizzle with the syrup and serve immediately.
