  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • liquid milk500 ml
  • Pitted Plum1 can(s)
  • Shredded Coconut50 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Cornstarch cornstarch2 tablespoon
  • Water200 ml
  1. In a pan put the cornstarch and mix well with 100 ml of milk. Mix with a spatula does not heat. Reserve.
  2. In a pan put 400 ml of milk, sugar, coconut milk, cream, grated coconut. Stir well over low heat, when it boils add the mixture you reserved. Keep stirring until it becomes thicker like porridge. Is ready.
  3. In a silicone form greased only with oil, put the mixture, let it cool and take it to the fridge for a maximum of two hours for it to harden.
  4. For the syrup I used 200 ml of water and the can of pitted plums, put it on the fire and let it boil. Ready.
  5. Take the form from the fridge, transfer to a plate. Pour the syrup on top to decorate.
  6. It's ready to serve. That's enough for six people or more.
