- Pitted Black Plum2 cup
- Sugar (1 for the cream and 1 for the syrup)2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Milk1 l
- Corn starch4 tablespoon
- grated coconut1 cup
- Coconut milk1/2 cup
- For syrup: In a pan, place the plums, 1 cup of the sugar and the water, stir and when it has a syrupy texture, turn off the heat and set aside.
- For the cream:
- Let the coconut hydrate in coconut milk
- In a pan add the milk, sugar, starch mix, and only then light the stove
- Stir for a few minutes until the starch is cooked, add the grated coconut that has been soaking in the coconut milk.
- Pour in a greased shape (hole in the middle), and take it to the fridge for 4 hours
- Then unmold and pour the syrup!
