- grated coconut200 g
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Liquid milk (use condensed milk can to measure)3 unit(s)
- Corn starch4 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- Sugar1/1/2 cup
- Pitted Black Plum300 g
- Coconut oil to taste
- Place the milk and cornstarch in the pan and stir well until dissolved.
- Add the other ingredients, mix well and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens well.
- Grease a shape with butter or coconut oil, put the white cream in the shape and leave it in the fridge for 40 minutes.
- Put the sugar in a pan and let it melt.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the plum.
- Let it form a thick syrup.
- Take the manjar out of the fridge, pass a silicone spoon around the mold and unmold it carefully so as not to break the manjar.
- Pour the syrup and plums on top and serve.
