- Condensed milk1 l
- Sour cream1 l
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Corn starch5 tablespoon
- grated coconut100 g
- Plums to taste
- Sugar for syrup2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Mix everything very well in a pan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly over medium heat.
- Once it boils, let it cook for another five minutes. Always stirring.
- Grease the pan with a little butter on the paper towel. Or individual molds.
- Pour the mixture into the mold. And take it to freeze.
- For the syrup, make a caramel with the sugar over low heat. Add the water. Let it boil a little.
- Add the plums.
- Let it cool a little and unmold the manjar.
- Finish the manjar with the syrup on top
