- Grated unsweetened coconut100 g
- Corn starch6 tablespoon
- Sugar8 tablespoon
- Take a glass of milk to dissolve the cornstarch. Put the milk, sugar, coconut milk and grated coconut in a pan and mix well.
- Take it to the fire, and add the cornstarch dissolved in the milk that we separated at the beginning of the preparation.
- Mix well until it thickens, lower the heat and cook for a few more minutes.
- Grease a mold with a hole with oil and pour
- Let it cool, if you prefer, serve with plum syrup or strawberry syrup.
