  • Refined sugar50 g
  • Water20 ml
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream100 kg
  • Burnt Coconut to taste
  1. Start by making a light caramel with the sugar and add the water;
  2. When the caramel is ready, remove the pan from the heat and add the condensed milk and cream;
  3. Mix well and return the pan to the fire, cook until the somersault point (when you turn the pan a little and the brigadeiro dough comes off the bottom).
  4. Put this dough on a plate and cover it with PVC film, this film needs to be in contact with the dough.
  5. Let it cool and then just roll it over the burnt coconut and put it in the molds.
