Oil1/2 cup
Sugar1 cup
Milk (warm)170 ml
Wheat flour2 cup
Packet of shredded coconut1 unit(s)
Baking powder1 tablespoon

Beat in the mixer until the ingredients are all dissolved.
Add 3 C.(SOUP) OF GRATED COCONUT. Mix. And finally, add the yeast.
ROOF : Condensed milk and whole milk. (It all depends if you want it wet)
FINISH WITH GRATED COCONUT AND PLACE THE COVERAGE (condensed milk and whole milk), ON TOP.
If you prefer the ice cream cake, place it in the fridge covered with aluminum foil.
