grated coconut100 g
Wheat flour2 cup
Coconut for sprinkling to taste
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Coconut milk200 ml
Corn Friend1 tablespoon
Sugar1 tablespoon

Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk in a blender. Add the coconut, flour and finally the yeast.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
For the syrup, bring the coconut milk, cornstarch and sugar to a low heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
Pour over the still warm cake and sprinkle with the coconut.
