- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Shredded Coconut (Package)1 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, margarine and sugar.
- Soon after pour it into a container and add the wheat flour, 1/2 package of the grated coconut, the baking soda and mix well until the dough is homogeneous.
- Pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour. Cook over medium heat until golden.
- In a pan put the condensed milk, the cream, the rest of the grated coconut, a spoon of margarine and take it to the fire until it thickens a little. Pour and top the cake and good appetite.
