Ingredients

Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
Milk1 cup
grated coconut1 unit(s)
Wheat flour2 cup
Yeast for cake1 dessert spoon
Coconut essence1 tablespoon
Homemade dulce de leche1 unit(s)
Eggs3 unit(s)

Add the eggs to the mixer until doubled in volume.
Then add the sugar and beat until dissolved.
Add the butter and let it beat until it is homogeneous with the others that were already in the mixer.
Add the milk, grated coconut and 1 cup of flour..
Add another cup of flour and mix until smooth.
Finally add the yeast but do not hit the mixer use a spatula to add to the dough
Grease the mold with oil and flour (it can be butter too)
Topping adds the dulce de leche plus chocolate confetti.
