- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- In a large pot I put the eggs, coconut milk, tapioca starch and wheat flour. And sugar and margarine.
- With a spatula I mixed everything very well. Until it's smooth.
- Finally add the yeast and mix well. Now I oiled the pan and put the cake dough.
- Then I took it in a preheated oven to bake for 35 minutes and then just serve.
