- wheat flour600 g
- Milk200 ml
- Oil50 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar3 coffee spoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Organic Dry Yeast20 g
- Syrup: condensed milk to taste
- grated coconut to taste
- In a container, mix the warm milk with biological yeast and wait to rest for 5 minutes.
- Then add the oil, egg, sugar and salt. Mix and add the flour little by little.
- Then knead the dough well. cover with a cloth for 1 hour or until doubled in volume
- Then divide the dough into 6 pieces, roll and place in a round roast with 2 cm space between each one, cover with a cloth and let rise.
- Then bake in a preheated oven at 180g for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
- Then just brush with condensed milk and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
