- egg whites180 g
- Sugar80 g
- Wheat flour (no yeast)30 g
- powdered sugar125 g
- Crushed walnuts100 g
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Fresh cream200 g
- powdered sugar45 g
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Strawberries300 g
- Beat the egg whites and when they double in volume, add the sugar in the form of rain. Beat until you get a meringue with flexible peaks.
- Sift the powdered sugar with the flour. Add coconut and walnuts.
- Mix with enveloping movements until the ingredients are incorporated.
- In 3 to 4 pans with parchment paper, place a portion of the mixture and form a medium-sized disc, being careful not to lose any air.
- Sift powdered sugar and grated coconut before baking.
- Preheated oven, 180°C, between 20-25 minutes (depends on power). Remove and let cool.
- Whip the fresh cream with powdered sugar and vanilla essence until it forms a thick texture.
- Place the disk on a plate. Then put the cream with pieces of strawberries. Repeat this process with the other disks.
- (Optional) dulce de leche spikes.
