Cocoa Powder3 tablespoon
Tapioca Gum1 cup
Egg2 unit(s)
Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
Honey4 tablespoon
Oat bran4 tablespoon
Coconut oil2 tablespoon
Chia2 dessert spoon
Filtered water2 tablespoon
Chopped semisweet chocolate to taste

In a container mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mass (except chocolate).
Warm up the waffle maker and pour half the batter. Spread the chocolate over the dough.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes at medium temperature until very crispy. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Serve still hot on a plate and finish with honey.
