Coloque todos ingredientes em uma panela e misture bem
Coloque  um pouco só de água 

Place all ingredients in a pan and mix well.

O açúcar vai derreter e o coco vai chorar um pouco de agua e você continua mexendo 
Coloque um pouco de água quando tiver quase seco para cozinhar bem o coco (caso aconteça de açucarar você adiciona um pouco de água e mexa novamente, isso acontece quando deixa muito tempo no fogo e passa do ponto) 

The sugar will melt and the coconut will cry a little water and you keep stirring
Add a little water when it is almost dry to cook the coconut well (if it happens to sugar you add a little water and stir again, this happens when you leave it on the fire for a long time and it is overcooked)

Coloque em uma forma com papel manteiga e deixe esfriar em temperatura ambiente

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let cool to room temperature.
